X box one s static at startup, noises during gaming

Good afternoon all. I have an Xbox one S that upon start up make some screaching noise through the speakers that sounds like static or white noise. It doesn’t do it every time. But when it does it, bouncing around in the menu and making changes create
a weird noise as well. Not the typical beep noise. During gaming its make some horribly loud noises through the speakers. I’ve tried two different HDMI cables with no difference. I can play it through my TV speakers or my sound bar. Both produce the noise.
You can also hear the noise when using headsets. So I’m pretty sure it’s none of my cabling or connections. It appears to be broadcasting out of the Xbox itself. I’ve turned it off for extended periods and restarted it with no difference. Any suggestions?
Is this a known problem?

Hi There,

Have you tried On the Xbox One, going into All settings > Display & sound. Under ‘Audio Output’ selecting ‘Optical audio’ and choose ‘Stereo
uncompressed.

It should help with the static coming out of your Xbox and headset.

I been trying to update x box one s during the last 24 hs and and I cannot make this work. My internet conexion is ok, the x box is new. I need some help with this problem.

When the XBOX ONE goes to the green loading screen this NORMALLY means there was a power outage or what not.

What I can suggest to you is unplug the XBOX ONE for a few seconds, plug it back in it will load the green loading screen again, but hopefully complete the loading afterwards. If not you may have a faulty system.

Please try to carry out the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

1. Turn off Xbox One.

2. Unplug power.

3. Plug the power back to Xbox One 30 seconds later.

4. Press and hold Bind and Eject at the same time (don't release).

5. Press and release the Power button, and then you will hear the startup chime.

6. When you hear the second startup chime, you can release the bind and eject buttons.

7. Select Reset this Xbox on the screen.

8. Select Keep games and apps.
