    X box one S shuts down during game load


    I have a problem with xbox one S, when is loading the games it shuts down. I done the reset last night nothing changed, it s well ventilated not overheated not covered the fan is not dusty. It’s only 3 yrs old but It has not been used much. The cables are
    fine not damaged I tried all the tips but still wont load the game. I tried different games but the same issue with all of them. The problem started 2 days ago never experienced it before.

    any idea what could the the problem.

    It might be the latest update that's causing issues on the console. Hopefully you have the auto update OS on, so it can update in the background.

    Do any errors appear when you turn the console back on?
