    X-box One hanging up even after repair same thing happening


    I am going to send our X-Box One in again for repair (only lasted for 1 1/2 days) and I have a video of what exactly is going on. Is there somewhere I can send the video? Or can I save the video on a SD card or USB port and send it in with my X-Box system
    so you will know exactly what I am talking about? Having a hard time describing with words and do not want to have to send the system back for a 3rd time.

    hi all, i sent my xb1 console off to repair on the 7th of feb. still have not got it back yet! any one else in the same boat? the web site says there is no order history for my order!? they better not of lost it the useless ***!!

    support     and see if you can email it to them as we do not have access to repairs here on the forums. Can I ask you to explain what is happening to the console to the best of your ability? Post back and let us know!

    is it me or consumers are facing console crashes and system failure after microsoft updates

    hi,

    model is x box one s, its not powering up to x box home screen to start with,

    tried power resets, ejects etc, last it was updated and thereafter system failed.

    my issue was when updates are not constrained by region although software updates, the same affects functioning,

    not providing technical support out of warranty is an unfair trade practice but the number of users/gamers there are u just get it repaired if you find someone who can or have to go for a new one coz nobody bothers after a certain time as even wisdom says that after all its material

    Constant Disconnects to Xbox Live

    After that LOVELY update we had last week both my systems were working great but after one system would constanly loose conection I would have to shut the system down and restart it only to have it happen again a few mins later , I contacted support and
    they told me to box it up and send it to them for repairs , which I did so I took my spare system out and set it up only to have the same thing happen so this is a world wide problem which microsoft will not admit that the update had any thing to do with .

    That's how it was sent to me, but I thought that it wasn't legitimate so I did not download then after I did the regular update the problems started happening. When I go to turn my x box on if it is connected to the internet or my live profile is the auto
    sign it will sit there for as long as I let it with the loading circle spinning but it never signs in. The same thing happens if I try to sign in after x box has been turned on and reconnected to the internet. I downloaded a buddies live account on x box
    to see if that was the problem but the profile worked perfectly.
