X Box One does not start anymore

Hello, my son has an X Box One, after a system update does not start anymore.
I do not know what he did :-( The box goes off, I get a green screen, it stays for about a minute after that, the screen is black, and nothing happens anymore, what can I do?

First, try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and
restart the console.

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore

Let's see let the dogs out early in the morning bring in snacks and start up the X-Box.15 hours later so tired i can't play anymore shut down X-Box let the dogs in and go to bed(rinse-repeat)

Remember the clue here lies in the name X Box One! One device that does everything. Well out the box it won't do everything not unless you live in Japan or the USA. So it's a false statement from Microsoft to start with.
