"X Box One Controller Drifting Issue"!!!!

This is a common issue and should be addressed and fixed !! Its obvious Microsoft knows end is aware of people having a Xbox One controller drifting issue this should be an issue that is urgent and taken care of ASAP it is unfair to the consumers that we
purchase an Xbox One Council and get a defective controller I paid almost $400 for my system and I get a controller that is unusable and unplayable unfortunately people don't have the income or the finances to keep purchasing controllers I need help in finding
how to not go through this issue or I need a representative that is helpful and willing to help and not there for just a paycheck cuz they give me and several other consumers no information based on this issue!!!!

@Upinya Slayin nope, I had this controller since day one. Look for yourself Xbox One controller drifting up on google. I can guarantee you'll find more than one person having the same issue.
