X Box Microsoft Mah Jong

I have subscribed for about a year to Microsoft (X Box) Mah Jong and yesterday morning I had a strange problem. What is happening is when I go to the challenge(On Line) games it involves playing three games. Without any particular order one of the
games will not open . What happens is when you click on that particular game it just reboots the game . (As if you are opening its)

How is the number of points one gets in Microsoft Mah Jong determined? I win 99% of the time at the Expert level, but the score varies widely.

 

Microsoft Mahjong won't even load past the opening page

cannot get Microsoft mah-jong it keeps coming to Microsoft solitaire collection instead even though page is mahjong

 

Just a little more information the two games that do function even after you have completed them will open again normally

 

The mystery goes on. I just did todays(Jan5th) and I have got the three back. The strange thing is I went back to Jan 3rd and 4th and they still are malfunctioning

 

This problem has hit a lot of players this week. I encountered the same thing on Feb. 3 & 4th. First it was the Classic Challenge game on the 3rd and then the Lightning Challenge on the 4th. I've already posted regarding this as other players have, too.
I believe it is being looked into but as of yet those two challenges still are not loading for me. I've tried several times yesterday and today with no luck. The Challenge games today worked smoothly with no glitch. So, let's all hope the problem is found
and resolved, and then we can all go back an play the ones missed. Even if you miss a few challenges each month, it's possible to still accumulate enough points to reach the gold medal.

 

Yes, there is an issue with just those two challenges. We are working on getting it resolved.

 

Those are the same games and the same dates on mine so I am not going crazy after all. Thanks for the response
