x-box live sync issue

My son plays minecraft. He uses the same account on two different x-boxes one at my house and one at his mom's house. For the past few months each time he loads the game at a different house he sees an error message. This says 'my other x-box is taking a long time to sync'. We are then given the option to open the last local copy or to wait. Unfortunately waiting does not help ever. When we select to proceed we lose saved progress from the other x-box.

Can anyone help / advise on this issue please.

Hello There! It is possible that you are facing this issue because the local save for the game has become corrupted. If so, deleting the local save and re-syncing with the cloud might correct the problem.

First, delete the local save:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.

2. Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.

3. Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.

4. Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.

After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller.

2. Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

After you restart your Xbox resync your saved games to the cloud. Your saved games are automatically stored in the cloud while you’re connected to Xbox Live.

Try playing the game again to see if re-syncing with the cloud corrected the game problem.

Make your New Xbox X your home Xbox then, you can change it back to the other once it works on the new so your brother can share, remember you can only do this 5 time a year ( change home Xbox, ok )

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
Do either of the following:
- Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
- Select Remove this as my home Xbox to remove the designation.

When you change home consoles, all device licenses for digital content will move to your new home Xbox. These device licenses will no longer be available on your previous home Xbox. In other words, when you switch your home Xbox, access to your content
comes with you to your new home Xbox, and anyone signed in can enjoy it. Your previous home Xbox will still give your friends and family access to your stuff when you’re signed in to it.

It sounds as if you're sharing the gold from your brother's account on the other console. Check your account at http://account.microsoft.com to make sure it does show a subscription
on your account.

sorry it wouldn't let me edit...; my issue I suppose is paying £6.00 x box live gold subscription if there are no games to download

The link that you have sent does not indicate any games for the x box 360... I am assuming that x box one games won't play on the 360... is that right?????
