X box isn’t working

Discus and support X box isn’t working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my x box isn’t working. Every time I try to play fortnite it says my settings isn’t set up right.     X box isn’t working


    my x box isn’t working. Every time I try to play fortnite it says my settings isn’t set up right. What is going on??

    I have literally done that one million times and I have spoken to 3 other people who work at Microsoft and they couldn’t do anything

    Hi! Please copy here what the error message exactly says. Does it have something to do with your privacy settings?

    Check your
    privacy settings     and verify that the "Join multiplayer games" option is set to "Allow".

    X box isn’t working

    Hi there,

    be sure to check if your privacy and online safety settings are all correctly set up to allow online gameplay etc.

    If your account is a child account then the parental account needs to check and change these settings.

    When these settings are changed you will have to sign out and sign back in again on the console before the changes take effect.

    Also be sure to check if your account (or the account that has the console set as Home console) shows a Gold subscription at

    http://account.microsoft.com/services     since Gold is required to play online
