X - Box Gold Live Account

We have an X- Box gold account and pay for it. Today we logged into Fortnite and our x-box says you must have an X-box gold account in order to continue. Is there a setting that we need to update because the money is definitely coming out of our account
for the gold subscription.

It appears that you still have a silver account, not gold which is what is needed to access X Box LIVE. What codes did you redeem?

I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?

Make sure your subscription is still active by logging into your account (the account that made the purchase of Xbox Live)

Check if your subscription is still active on your console by logging into your account, then go to:

- Settings

- Account

- Subscriptions

You will see all your active and canceled subscriptions.
