    X box fraud.....

My young son has been subject to fraud. The money (£200+) has been deducted from my phone bill. X box have evidence of who the person is, but refuse to refund me because the person they are sending a code to will not answer to verify the account ( of cause
they won't as they are a fraudster)

Please can some one help me obtain a refund?

    :)

I have an X-box, X-box 360 and a Wii. I am not sure why I kept the X-box once I got the 360. I like the 360 and the Wii the best. The kids enjoy the Wii the most, there are more kid games for the Wii.

    X box fraud.....

You would need to contact the bank or whoever it is that the money came from and alert them of a fraudulent charge.

eBay sellers are calling Xbox One with 1TB drive as "XBox One X" or "XBox 1X" for short. AFAIK - Microsoft never offered an "XBox One X"

    Communication ban on nothing wrong

Because LFG posts are only meant to be like "hey I want to play X game with X amount of people". Anything other than that is not allowed. It's to try to help prevent fraud.

How do I get Microsoft to call me back?

Can I just say that these details are for X Box One and they are not the same for X Box 360. There are no options for technical support on X Box 360.

    Can't download purchased content

Outlast is X-Box One and I have installed, on my X-Box One, 360 games/dlcs that she had purchased (on her X-Box).
