X box fitness

I just did what the official support person, Miss Diggz, requested which was try the troubleshooting steps in the verified posts above.

 

Update on my situation. Hopefully I got it sorted.

Yesterday night I was still getting the CDN error, so today I tried the troubleshooting steps described in the post by Miss Diggz again.

First try: I still got the error when I reinstalled Xbox Fitness, but then I double checked ARDelta's post and he stated that he installed XBox Fitness without any user logged in... so...

Second try: removed everything (kept the data on the cloud) again, power cycle, 2 minutes off, then turned Xbox on and Installed Xbox Fitness WITHOUT signing in.... and it seems I was lucky this time, I was able to get to the app main screen and browse the
training course catalog.

I couldn't try any exercise because I had to rush to work.

I'v tried again Miss Diggz troubleshooting steps without any success.

I'v also tried some variants like this one :

1) Uninstall xbox ftiness and delete local data

2) Empty xbox cache when turning it off

3) Unplug the console for few minutes

4) Start xbox one and install xbox fitness without any profile logged in

But then i still get the same CDN error while lauching the game, then a kick back to the mains screen.

It is so frustrating.

Please xbox support, do something, it's been almost a month for me now !!!!

I downloaded Xbox Fitness for the first time yesterday---it is struck on the loading screen(freezes) .

I tried;

Uninstalling the game, reinstall it

Hard reboot(several times)

Deleting the reserved space (4GB)

Could you please look into the matter !

The first time you launch xox fitness on your console, the loading screen SEEMS to freeze.

But the key word here is "seems". Your just have to wait for a few minutes (sometimes it's quite long), and the game will start eventually.

So don't worry, everything is working fine on your side ^^

Worked for me! At least once - I hope I will not need to wait so long every time.

 

Hi! The App is now working fine, I say that but for some reason my Kinect is frozen on a sitting down outline of me.(works fine on all other games/apps!) Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone recommend a fix?

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I first recommend trying out these steps to start.

• Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console
  will power down.
• Once the console is completely off, unplug your Kinect sensor, the console from the power source, and wait three minutes.
  
• Then, plug all of your cords back in and turn the console back on.
• Sign in to your account and launch up Xbox Fitness as you normally would.

If those steps don't seem to do the trick for you and because the previous issue within this thread has been resolved, I would suggest making a new thread detailing what's happening on your end. This way you can receive support catered specifically to you
