X box fitness

To do a uninstal and re-download:

• Go to 'My games & apps'
• Under 'Games', select Xbox Fitness and press the start button on your controller (the one with the 3 horizontal lines)
  
• Press 'Manage game'
• If you have any addons installed there will be a dropdown menu saying 'Manage all', press that and choose 'Uninstall all'
  
• You can also uninstall the game and addons individually by selecting them and pressing the start button.
  
• Once everything is uninstalled, hold the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds, wait a bit, then turn it back on.
  
• Go back to 'My games & apps'
• Under 'Games', scroll to the right to where you see a list of 'Ready to install'. Xbox Fitness should be in this list.
  
• Select Xbox Fitness and press the start button.
• Choose 'Manage game' and then press 'Install all'.
• Re-downloading everything may take a while, you can see the progress in the 'Queue' of 'My games & apps'.
  
• Once downloading is done you're finished.

hello I received the pay back for the game x box fitness but there is no code I don't know how to spend it. Can you help me please?

The money would hav been directly added to your account balance. You would need to choose your Microsoft account balance as your payment option.

 

Same here. No longer have the CDN error, when sinc starts it tries for a bit then back to the dashboard. Followed all the steps of every situation I could find.

So far... Uninstall, power off, clear game data, clear persistent storage and reinstall is all that is left to do.

Thanks so much for hanging in there and posting up what you're experiencing. If the steps I previously posted didn't do the trick for you, I would next suggest trying these troubleshooting steps below in this particular order.

• Uninstall Xbox Fitness.
  
  
• Power Cycle your Xbox One console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
  
• Once your console is completely off, unplug the console from the power source and give it a few minutes.
  
• Then, plug all the cords back in and turn the console back on.
• Install Xbox Fitness again and launch it.
  

If you're still experiencing the CDN error after trying the steps above, please post on back and let us know. Thanks in advance!

 

I'm in France and i have the same issue.

I also try all of things xbox support has said on Twitter or users on Reddit or here.

I'm still experiencing these CDN error.

I lose hope and i didn't workout for 5 days because of that.

 

thanks miss diggz. tried it again today and it worked.

 

After these steps, it actually starting syncing, but at 45% it jumped back to dashboard and now i'm back where i was before (at sync 0% to dashboard, or cancel sync and cdn error).

 

Thanks for that. I did the above steps but am still getting the error. Guess I'll have to try xbox support on twitter, though I don't fancy my chances of them being able to help.

I'v followed thoroughly your steps.

Now it's a bit different, it doesn't crash during the syncing but just after. What an improvement (sorry for the sarcasm) !

I don't know why it's working for some people et not for some others. There is clearly something wrong on the erver side and not on a player level.

 

Same problem for me since today. It was working well yesterday.

 

Та же проблема с хбокс фитнесом. Не помогает ни перезагрузка, ни переустановка, ни переустановка аккаунта. Беда...

I flollowed all the steps and it was not working, then I restarted the game and it seems to be ok.

 

tried all steps! *** at Microsoft don't give a *** tell me to go on twitter check for a solution there!! not worked for weeks!!
