x box enforcement team scam

So i got suspended for 24 hrs because of a text-i admit i did it.The person i did it to works for the x box live microsoft enforcement team.He is a cheat and modder.He also hacked my microsoft acct an changed my password everytime i reset it.Their is no
phone number to discuss my problem or email.The enforcement team is a scam and force kids to pay them to keep their acct.It is so corrupted looking into a class action lawsuit to stop this.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

That person was not an employee of Microsoft/Xbox

I have the same issue. I bought the x box series s and it shows that today is the delivery day but no x box. Did i get scammed?

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

We don't have any further information on Enforcement actions, but if you do have any other support issues, feel free to post a new thread in the appropriate forum.

Thats why we that knows it is a scam must report these profiles as soon as possible so that the enforcement team can take the appropriate action.
