    Hi,

    i have an adult and a child account.

    when the xbox is switched on it automatically signs in as the child. How do i stop this?

    As my son has to keep logging his younger sister out before he can sign in to play. She rarely uses it and he is becoming fed up

    Why does the Gilded Hunter pack not appear in my child’s account?

    I have exactly the same issue. Created the adult account, and the child account underneath, but the packs including the vbucks etc are on the adult account. The X-Box is for the child, so why would the adult want the packs?

    There must be a way to disable the claim and move it to a different account??

    You say you are getting an error message. What does it say? Does it give you an error code?

    I called yesterday to support and they are supposed to be escalating the ticket to a tier 3. My account appears to be a childs account and the parent account is not associated with it so I can't log him in to play. We had to create a new log so he could
    play using a 14 day pass. I already paid for the Gold pass of course on his other account. I was getting an error everytime we tried to update the security settings only because he is not an adult and it would allow him to change.
