X box ban

Discus and support X box ban in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; please state why an x box ban has been put in place on my sons x box we cannot see any reason for this I'm not going to pay for something they can't...     x-box ban

    Your sons account was banned due to him illegally modding his avatar blue which is against the Terms of Service. You can ask an Enforcement agent in the link above but they are going to say the same thing. All content associated with your sons account is
    forfeit gold membership, points, etc. If you want closure few the link above. Please have a talk with your son to avoid this again in the future.

    Hey there,

    Xbox Support does not directly deal with enforcement issues, and the Enforcement Team does not use these forums.

    Log in to enforcement.xbox.com to check your profile status, and submit a case review if you believe the ban is incorrectly applied.

    Be aware that if you decide to file a case review you will have to take a quiz of the code of conduct that you agreed to when you signed up for xbox live. If you fail the quiz you will have to wait 24 hr to try again. The code of conduct is at this link

    X: Connection End - Means connection to X-box live servers has failed

    Y: Internet setup type 00A8 - E840 U.S.A. Version Wireless Receiver for X-Box 360 Console. Others would be Ethernet cable or out of U.S.A. model of receiver.

    Z: X-Box Policy Offenses. 0000 - 0000 = No X-box offenses. Any other = Ban or Suspension

    If you purchased a new XBOX because you believed what MS told you, then you deserve one of the following:

    1) If you purchased a new one, and kept your old one, you should be able to return the new one to Microsoft at Microsoft's cost, and get a full reimbursement, AND they need to allow you to transfer your content back to the original XBOX (usually the transfer
    tool only lets you transfer every 120 days or so).

    2) If you purchased a new one, and SOLD your old one, then they must fully reimburse you on the cost of the new XBOX.

    3) If you didn't purchase a new one, then the offer they provided I think is sufficient.

    I believe this is the case, because they pretty much said that the only way to get back on LIVE is to buy a new one, and it was their mistake.

    They need to OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE for people that went out and bought a new XBOX.
