    I have a big performance problem with the xbox series x. I had the same problem with my previous console and received another one. At first everything was fine and after a while the same problem came back. I researched the cause and saw that on my microsoft account my xbox one was still registered and there was the inscription apps and games. So I cleared it and at that exact moment there was an automatic update check on my x series and the problem was fixed, but the problem came back. I tried everything, hard reset, low resolution mode, factory settings...etc. sometimes a way works but for a few minutes and it comes back."( The problem is that I can no longer control my character in the game. I make small movements and for example in an fps like call of duty my aim by in all directions my character is out of control)". I tried several controllers connected or not, 120hz or 60hz monitors.

    Nothing to worry, the only best option you have is to have your console check for free repairs. You can create a free Xbox series console warranty repair order by signing your account and registering your console serial number then follow the instructions here on this link:

    Don't even know if it's the console or the xbox live système. I can go in paramètres and fix the problem for a couple minutes or second. And changing paramètres never seem to feel the same way everytime. But if they did changed it for free the 1st time wy not that time. I feel like they know something they don't want to tell. I'm gonna see if it's a option but if I have to pay next time my money is on a PlayStation

    I understand, even if contacting Microsoft Xbox support, they will only inform you that your console is no longer possible for a free console repair order since your console is no longer covered by warranty.

    It seems the only best option left is to have your console repaired to your local electronics shop as they have the tools to repair your device.

    No worries, I had a similar case before with my Xbox One X console system issue and our local electronic shop was able to fix my device successfully.

    Did not work for even one game of pubg. Back to a broken series x again. Must be someone in that darn world who no wat is doing this. I have a lg ultragear 1080p 240 hz and the 120hz never been a problem. It's doing this in 60hz also. Wat kind of a console is that. Never had that much problems with other console. There must be technician who can understand that in microsoft for God sake. It's driving me crazy.
