Wrongly charged by Xbox / EA

Hello support,

First of all, I couldn't find any service support mailbox to send this inquiry, neither the service support phones are working. If there's any mailbox I can contact, please advise.

I have a PAL (UK) Xbox bought some time ago and, even thought I know the dificulties about region blocking in the 360, the system was with a very good price and I decided to buy it. I'm saying that because I'm from Brazil and the games here are NTSC region
code.

I never had any problem with region codes, some games I would just buy from UK websites, others I could buy from here (i.e Far Cry 3, GTA V and FIFA 14 were games accepted by the PAL console even thought they are NTSC). Also, when I try to buy games at the
Xbox Live that are region locked, the network never completes the transaction, I'm not charged and receive the message that the game is not compatible with the console. It happened with Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker and Zone of Enders HD, for example.

However, this last weekend I was playing FIFA 14 when I was offered, inside the game, to buy the World Cup 2014 Official Video Game. I then accepted and bought the game using my Xbox Live Gold account, and it started to download. For my surprise, after the
download ended and tried to play the game, I received a message stating that the game was not compatible with the region of my Xbox, and I was not able to play it. But the mess was already done, because know I have a charging on my Credit Card over
a game that I simply can't play. Like I mentioned, Games on Demand, Arcade, whatever service from Live that sells games ALWAYS inform me when a game is not compatible with my console and do not allow me to buy it. This time, it just went through.



Please, I need to know how to proceed to be refunded.

Random charges by 'Microsoft *Xbox'

On my online banking statement, it says that I've been charged £11.99 by Microsoft *Xbox however on my microsoft payment history, no such payment took place so have I been billed wrongly or is my bank card being used by someone else.?

 

Charged Wrongly For Promotion

Xbox homescreen stated that xbox live is 50ZAR for 1 month on xbox 360 i purchased live and was charged 159ZAR back in may. I wanted to purchase it again today and it once again said 50ZAR on the homescreen and it still wants to charge at 159ZAR please help

Microsoft does not Region check it when Content is purchased from ingame stores instead of their own marketplace.

i would suggest contacting Support on phone or Chat, if you can describe your Situation you could propably recieve a refund. just give it a try.
