    Wrongfully removed from ambassador programme?


    Hey there, ive been a community xbox ambassador since 2014. Recently while trying to log into my ambassador programme through the website i was told i have been removed from the programme. I have tried emailing and getting a responce, but no answer has come
    back. I have a clean slate on my account. Are microsoft able

    to send me a email regarding this to why i was removed?

    Are you an active Ambassador?

    If those 2 check✅ then toy need to speak with any CM and see what goes from there, good luck ✌️😉

    In your case you should contact your CM from before the removal.

    as stated your best bet would be to contact your community manager, the general email may tell you a list of reasons for why you may have been removed but may not tell you the exact reason. there are several reasons for removal including Violation of the
    Xbox LIVE Terms of Use, Violation of the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct, Not upholding the standards of the Ambassadors program, You requested to be removed.
