Wrongfully received permanent ban

I have just received a permanent ban on Xbox and can no longer access even my basic games. I never use headsets, never talk to anyone online, never troll anyone on the Xbox, I can’t remember last time I played an online game, I’ve got this ban with no explanation as to why. It looks like now there is no longer an ongoing investigation and I lose all my saved games.

There was never any warning, never been in trouble with Microsoft in the past, I can’t contact anyone on the phone about it, it won’t allow me to contact anyone to enquire as to why this ban was enforced.

I have never copyrighted any games, I have never used mods because I don’t know how, I have never posted anything on YouTube about Xbox.

There are games I haven’t played on my gamertag screen when I search on Google, so I’m thinking maybe I’ve been hacked. But any advice from anyone on what to do here??

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

I have already appealed

It says “This account violated the Community Standards and was subjected to enforcement action.”

But gives no details of why the ban is occurring: “Details: No details are available at this time”.

So I feel semi victimised. Like I’ve said, I don’t stream, I don’t talk to other gamers online, I don’t use mods, I don’t use headsets, I haven’t played online in a considerable time, I don’t post on Microsoft forums or post on YouTube.

The only thing I can think is my account has been hacked, and someone has used my gamertag in some negative way.

I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

There's no set number of suspensions that can lead to a permanent ban. You can receive a permanent ban without ever having received a suspension before.
