    Wrongfully received a enforcement notification.

I recently received a Xbox live message saying that I had received a "enforcement action" and upon visiting the enforcement site and checking the history, it said the enforcement action was about one activity feed or comment post, but it did not even say
which one or from what topic so I am completely left unable to understand what I did wrong or what, if any, offense was made.

I frequently post on multiple game topics across different clubs/etc, but if the Xbox enforcement team does not tell you exactly what was reported, then how are you supposed to understand or learn what you did wrong?

And how are you supposed to defend yourself against false allegations and abuses of the report system when the "enforcement team" does not provide any way to contact them?

The message said "an activity feed item or comment created by this account was found to be innapropriate. This content may include harassment, profanity, sexual topics, hate speech, controversial religious topics, references to notorious people or organizations,
sensitive current or historical events, or any content designed to sound like, look like, reference, or allude to these topics. The offending activity feed or comment was removed"

I thought to myself trying to remember what things I had just recently posted on and honestly tried to think of what could have possibly been a legitimate rule breaking violation or "offense".

I could only remember having posted on two club topics the previous day, and I found one where my comments were missing, so I think it safe to say this was the one. Unless I can't see them only because there are too many new posts, but this is the only
topic out of 2 I recently posted in that I think could even possibly be misconstrued as "offensive" by someone abusing the report system.

I had commented on a fallout 4 game hub activity feed picture that was posted, where people were discussing the game/lore/real life apocalypse scenarios and talking about possibilities of a sequel leak/etc.

I provided a scientifically sound personal opinion in reference to the game lore that it was my belief that it's a pretty good chance that humanity does not deserve to survive an apocalypse when so much of human society is defined by greed/exploitation/hate/violence
and in the game lore brought the apocalypse upon itself.

Is providing simple and respectful personal opinions now a "violation" of the "Xbox live code if conduct?"

My comment made no personal harassment, no profanity or vulgarity, no sexual references, no hate speech-

(unless the "enforcement team" and Xbox live considers scientifically factual references to the deplorable nature of human behavior/atrocities, to be "hate speech")

Nothing about any religion, no specific people or organizations, no current or historical events (only game lore), or any conspiracy attempt to "allude" to these topics.

The "enforcement team" says you can apply for a case review of you wish to receive further details or elaborate on how you feel that someone abused the report system against you, but I do not see any option to do so.

Supposedly case reviews can only be made if a suspension action or something is placed against you for 12 hours or more, I suppose it was just the comment removed apparently, but still this is an enforcement "action" now on my history permanently and I feel
it was wrongly placed but as I previously stated, the "enforcement team" gives you no way to defend yourself against wrongful reports unless they have already penalized your account.

    :)

    Wrongfully received a enforcement notification.

you aren't allowed to use cursing period on Xbox live it's not rocket science

Since you applied for case review and got upheld that's all you can do

You have to remember they have to uphold the privacy of the network including reports especially with the new eu laws

It's not 12 hours as there are no 12 hour suspensions.

Your suspension has to be longer than 24 hours to be eligible for a case review due to the time it takes to investigate your case again.

Any report filed is thoroughly investigated before any action is taken.

You can file for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site
    here
