Wrongfully perma banned

My account was perma banned for network manipulation even though that never happened and my isp can back that up. This is legally slander, ive tried to appeal but they just sent me an email stating that without giving me a way to prove it never happened. My question is do i need to get a lawyer and the attorney general for my state involved to have this ban undone?

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and submitting a case review is the only way to contact them and possibly have it removed.

Hi Ricardo, I am unsure why I was banned, They never gave me a conclusive answer, only that I was cheating. I do not know what to do as the only connection I have with cheating is when my account was taken over back in 2018.

My appeal was denied and I can’t send in a new one. I don’t know who I should turn to or what to do.

If the appeal case was rejected nothing can't be done, the enforcement site will give the date when the reason for the enforcement action was taken, if it's during the period your account was hacked then you should reply to the enforcement team email with the information you are giving here, and proof about that.
