    Hi support group Im here to talk with you today about being wrongfully message banned. You see i was in a multiplayer game on rainbow six seige and we were losing and out teammate got all mad and started to message each of us saying we were trash and garbage
    so we got mad at it and told him to shut it well he went on a reporting spree and i got banned from messages and communications on my one. I believe that i got wrongfully banned for someone who abuses the xbox report button and would like to get that ban lifted.

    I hope somebody can help me! There has been a huge misunderstanding!

    I am so upset and frustrated! I received Compensation from an Agent and i was wrongfully banned!

    Wrongfully banned

    The enforcement team are the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions and they do not use the forums.

    The only way to contact the enforcement team is to file for a case review (if eligible) as described here:

    Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    In the future if someone is harrasing you dont respond or retaliate in any way. If you retaliate and say something against the code of conduct then you can also be suspended. In the future it would be best to just not respond, block and then report them.

    Xbox update caused RROD / screen glitch. Will cost me to get it fixed.

    remember, MS refused to believe they were wrongfully banning consoles. then the moment the public got watchdog involved in th UK, bam! MS suddenly find a faultin the system that was wrongfully banning, and then did something about it.

    This is a different account? My OTHER one was banned are you seriously that dumb you can't read? No one knows why they are banned, there has been cases of 1000's of people who have been banned and they were playing GTA as their last game, someone has ***
    up somewhere, and I have been banned wrongfully! and the achievements have been like this for sooo long, I dont care about this account its my other one which has been banned wrongfully.
