Wrongfully Banned

I've been trying to get in touch with someone on the enforcement team, but I haven't been able to speak to them directly, even through email. I filled out a case review, but I don't think it was thoroughly reviewed because I got a response in only one hour.
Wouldn't it take more than just one hour to investigate something like this? I think I'm being trolled. I wiped out a tribe on Ark once or twice, and I believe that group of people are reporting me and making up information in order to get me banned. The whole
point of Ark is to battle each other. Everybody wipes out somebody eventually. I shouldn't be banned for playing the game, and I can't think of any other legitimate reason to be banned. I've been banned three times this month, twice from communication and
now a third time from playing at all online! It seems suspicious to be banned three times in one month, like a group of people are just trying to get back at me and lying about what I say or do. I do trash talk, but it's a player vs. player game. I never threaten
someone's real life, and I never troll. I don't attack someone over and over again. It's once or twice, and that's it. Regardless of what I said, it doesn't make sense to be banned by that three times in one month, especially not from playing at all. I don't
believe this kind of punishment fits whatever "crime" I'm assumed to have committed. If anyone knows any way of helping me, I'd really appreciate it cause I don't know what else to do!

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If you already submitted a review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

The enforcement team does a thorough investigation before the enact any type of enforcement action so players can not false report anyone, plus false reporting is a violation of the code of conduct in itself. If you receive 3 different actions against you
then there the enforcement team receive 3 report or found 3 different code violations based on their investigations of the report(s). your best option is to file the case review since they do not follow these forums. Be aware that you will be required to

yeah, went through all that. Theres absolutely no way i did anything severe enough to be banned from communications twice and banned from playing online completely within one month. The fact that they only took 1 or 2 hours to complete the case review, shows
they obviously did not do a deep enough investigation. I never used abusive or life threatening language. Like i said, its a group of people reporting me. So no, its not gonna look like false reporting. One guy gets all of his buddies to report me as well
and probably have them say some lies. All because i wiped out their tribe on Ark Survival Evolved. Its just a group of people butthurt.

 

Will I get banned just because I received complaints?
