Wrongfully banned appeal denied

Xbox banned me for a year but I did not do or say anything wrong. I was in a group chat with friends and one of them said something I didn’t understand. I put in the chat “nigle” what? It was not meant to be rude or meant to sound like anything bad. We all call each other that in the chats. (We’re all black btw.) It may sound like a racial slur but that’s not what it was supposed to sound like. One of my friends reported me as a joke saying like “oooh he said a bad word” but I didn’t and didn’t mean it in that way. I was already at 5 strikes because I was banned again for saying ggs but auto corrected to “gag”. And mind you I had just gotten unbanned on the 15th and then this happened on the 16th of February. My friend said he meant it as a joke and was sorry but my appeal was denied and I don’t understand why I was banned for saying something like this that was non-offensive and was not a curse word or abbreviation for such. I don’t know what to do.

Only the enforcement team can make decisions like this.

And if your appeal was denied there is nothing you can do but to play with another account during your suspension

And hopefully your friend has learned that the reporting system is no playground or made for pranks.

i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.
