    Wrongful Communication Ban


    I got a wrongful communication ban on Xbox. I have written an appeal but the appeal system seems very unfair and not in anybody’s favor. I am very aware of what counts as a violation of Microsoft’s Code of Conduct yet the circumstances somehow get me a 3-day communication ban. The “victim” reported me for “harassment” yet what I said towards them was not even an act of a violation towards someone or the community values. Yet the “victim” repeatedly keeps messaging me even while I’m banned and mocks me and directs insults towards me and my report does nothing. I got banned within seconds of sending the message so clearly my message never went through a real review process it was just an automatic report than ban on my account. This is unfair and a violation of my rights here. Maybe I’m overreacting but this is so unfair and the appeal process seems to never workout despite doing nothing wrong. I want to seek better help at resolving my account.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions, so all you can do is wait for their response to your case review. If they uphold their decision, all you can do is wait it out.

    Xbox are all about community, this guy did the exact same as me, trying to help new players that are struggling or need help with the game they're playing.

    How is he being fraudulent by offering cheap items to aid fellow gamers in a shop that is ingame? 🤣

    What an absolute joke.

    We all know the enforcement side of xbox is a BOT and it clearly sucks because its dishing out punishments for nothing

    No wonder playstation outsells xbox a million fold complete embarrassment
