wrongful ban by abuse of the system how to go about it

with going into a little detail as possible, i was banned for communication for 7 days because another guy who was fooling around with my mates wife i told him off after he starting messaging me, never say anything hurtful or anything that violates the
TOS(i did say the other term for kitty but wasnt talking about him), and so i go online on my phone trying to appeal it answering these weird true or false questions and i messed up by choosing the wrong answer 2 times because i miss clicked the button on
my phone, besides waiting for and other 24 hours, what can i do, i do apologize if this is in the wrong section

Wrongful ban

I've already looked at all that, that's how I found out it was a perma ban, and I've tried submitting case reviews but to no avail. I just want this wrongful suspension lifted.

 

My Disk Drive wont read games since the update.

everyone in the uk affected can always go to watchdog, they called microsoft on the wrongful console bans a few months ago. microsoft denied anything wrong with their system, yet when watchdog looked into it, microsoft suddenly found a problem with the system...

In your post, you indicated that you messed up a couple of questions in the questionnaire. That questionnaire is part of the case review process; it is to make sure that you understand the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. That Code is what was violated and led
to your account being suspended.

If questions are missed, you can try again in 24 hours.

To the subject of the post - based on your description, I don't believe (and this is my personal opinion alone) it was abused. You retaliated against someone who was harassing you or a friend, and apparently what you retaliated with was against the Xbox Live
Code of Conduct. If it was within the Code, you wouldn't have been suspended. The Code explains how we are to behave on Xbox Live, even when others are misbehaving. It states specifically that users are not to respond to inappropriate conduct with more inappropriate
conduct.
