    hello i have a problem. my acound was accidentally deleted on my xbox, and a new acound has been created on the same email adress.

    what can i do to restore my deleted acound name back to the email. ??

    now i cant play the saved games, in the cloud , the games are still on my xbox, but not the saved levels .

    pleace help if some one can help

    the new email adres is a pop3 server so no exchange.

    the old email adres is a hotmail adres but that is not a problem i understand?

    Probably what happened was that what you thought was the email associated with you gamer tag was not that email if it created a new gamertag for you.

    What you would want to do is contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your old gamertag and if they can verify ownership of that account they can give you the email address associated with that gamertag.

    I am 20 years old but never made a change until now but the parrantel email adres has been deleted completly so i can not log in with that email adres so i think administrators need to change something in their system?

    Ok, it seems You are right. My Microsoft account is a mess, somehow connected to two email adresess and when I logged to second e-mail adres (where I didn't even had a XBox account yet!) it poped out that the game is there. It's hyper strange, I could redeem game being logged in to Xbox with one email adres and it shown out on the other, where I didn't had Xbox account yet...

    It's inconvenient, because for some reason I can't log in to my Microsoft Account with this email adres I used to log to Xbox App. So i can't say if it appears in my order history... Is there a way to fix this? I rather to merge both accounts and have one.
