wrong VIP level?

Discus and support wrong VIP level? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; so according to my ranking I'm at master level which should be 4 star but everything else tells me I'm a 3 star what is the deal with that?...     My Vip rewards level is stuck

    Hello,

    My vip rewards status is stuck on almost level 2.

    Is there something wrong and how far am i from reaching level 2 VIP class.

    The master level is only related to achievement levels, not star levels. So you can be a master and still have 1 star or even no stars. Star levels are based on how much you spend in the marketplace each year. If you do believe you should be at a higher
    level, you'll want to ppst in the support section of this forum so they can check into it for you.

    Question....

    I know for a fact your wrong. I had ZERO unicorns in Forza 3. I got Unicorns in 4 from having VIP in 3. This I know for sure as I imported twice. Once without VIP = No unicorn. Once with VIP 2+ unicorns. Now maybe a higher level than where I'm at in 3 would
    have got you a unicorn I'm not sure but mine without VIP. did not.

    Xbox Live rewards rebate issue

    As of September 2014, VIP status is no longer based on gamerscore (btw, legend status only have 3% back). VIP status is now based on star levels. You need at least 1 star level in order to receive a VIP rebate.

    How do I know when I have been opted into VIP

    There's nothing to opt in to for VIP. Anyonr who signs up for the rewards program is automatically enrolled. VIP status is based on your star levels (how much you spend in the marketplace). You can check your VIP status on the MyRewards section of the site.

    You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.
