    Wrong PSN account on my Microsoft account


    So I gave my ex my old PS4 a while back and didn’t think much of it. Recently some buddies and I wanted to get back into Minecraft. The problem is that my Ex used her PSN account to link to my Microsoft. Is there any way to take her off of it and add mine to it?

    microsoft account is linked to my own psn account but on a different console, how do i fix that?

    The account connection isn't created on PlayStation's end, so it won't show on your PSN account.

    Are you sure you're signing in with same PSN and Microsoft account you used on the PS4? The message suggests it's the wrong account.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. I understand how frustrating it must be that the wrong Microsoft account has been linked to your PSN.

    It's important to make sure you're linking the right Microsoft and PSN account, as this link is permanent and can't be changed afterwards. Once the accounts are linked together, neither the PSN nor Microsoft account can be linked to a different Microsoft/PSN. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

    Microsoft Account PSN Linking Issues

    Yah, I'm having this same issue. I don't think I have ever linked my PSN account to a Microsoft account. Yet, Microsoft states I do. I have scoured everywhere I might be told of which Microsoft account I have linked to my PSN account but, to no avail (Microsoft account access on a PC, my PSN account on my PlayStation device, my PSN account on a PC, Mojang's website.) I even tried that backward fix of changing both passwords. Nothing. I agree that the bare minimum should be to tell us what Microsoft account is currently connected to my PSN account but, we don't get that.
