Wrong profil or registration does not work poperly.

We use Xbox 360 data for your gamerpic. If you would like to change this, you can do so from a Xbox 360 console. Regarding your Credits, we see that your account is working as expected.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. We see that you have multiple Credit events pending currently. As stated in the FAQ, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is
beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

Actually, download content is not transferrable between profiles. If you are trying to transfer it to another profile, that will not work.

A license transfer switches it between consoles, but does not change the registration on which gamertag downloaded it.

Once fully transferred to another console, license and all, other profiles should be able to play it though.

I load the xcloud registration page on my iphone and it does not work..?

it just loaded i now have a red elite premium skull does that mean its working and my registration is complete ?

If it does work with a different profile, there might be something wrong with your profile (or the FIFA save game on the console)

If it is the profile, you can just delete the profile (Profile Only) from the console and redownload it to see if that fixes the issue. Be aware that you need the accounts details (Email, password etc) to redownload the profile
