Wrong prize sent

You can see what prizes your purchased from the Vault on the Gems statement on the MyRewards page.

Prizes are given within the following month. So prizes for December will be sent out during January.

When I got the original email, it was a scam. Email was wrong, no confirmation number, phone number to call, or anything. I called them and at fist they said it was a scam email and it was indeed. Support said if I sent them a picture of the image and stuff
I caught, then I'd get the prize because I was scammed out of some weird error. So the support lady said that the image was legit and that'd I'd get the prize, hence the first email she sent me as you can see. So I replied and then she told me to contact the
MS Store to get the prize and they didn't know anything about it.

We see that you claimed 75 Warframe Platinum from the Vault. Since that is the prize you claimed, that is the prize that was sent.
