    Wrong prices in Swedish marketplace(faulty currency conversions?)


    There seems to be some mistake in the currency conversion on some items in the Swedish marketplace.

    This seems very similar to the wrong swedish prices that were up for a while directly after the conversion from points to currency which was fixed after a few days.

    For example Naruto Storm 3, Full Burst DLC costs 9.99US$, 9.99€, 7.99£ which is correct(even if as usual european prices are about 35% higher)

    but in Swedish marketplace, instead of the normal 90kr that 10€ items costs it is 129kr which means its about a 100% increase from US prices(10$=65kr) :

    Its not only this but other things as well, "The Raven" episodes that should be 90kr each too for instance:

    Can you please fix the prices in the Swedish marketplace? And make sure items get added with the right prices in the future?

    Swedish (european) prices I used google currency converter if a game is 59,99$ in the us they are usually 599 kr here in Sweden. Prices are higher but we also make more money than the average American I belive its the same for many other parts of europe.

    Problem with currency

    It sounds like you might be looking at the US marketplace. Also, if this is on the web, currency is not currently supported by the Marketplace website, so please try doing this from the console, where the prices should show in the correct currency.

    Why are games £54.99 On Amazon?

    In Aus the Day One Edition games are $88. They would be approx $65 with a straight currency conversion. The manager at my EB Games said they were the final prices.

    EDIT: 54 pounds is approx the same price as the aussie price (ie about 25% more expensive than a straight conversion).

    What does euro have to do with anything?

    The currency of your account would be uk pound

    If they are taking long for a refund then the issue isn't a refund those are done immediately

    You are billed to your local currency. Not us dollars

    If you got us dollars that's why the code didn't work

    Why do you keep quoting us dollars and conversions

    If you are billed in uk pounds you are billed in uk pounds

    If you are using conversion then you are doing something wrong

    When looking at the us marketplace that isn't your pricing

    You have to look at the uk site and go based on the uk pricing or your local regional assuming uk since you keep quoting pounds

    That is what you are billed with

    If your 20 pounds is not enough to cover the cost of the game then that would be why PayPal is charged

    You are also charged taxes upon purchase for any difference
