I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble creating a PIN for your Xbox account.

Here are some steps you can follow to create a PIN:

• Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  
• Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > Create my PIN.
  
• Enter a 6-digit PIN, and then re-enter the PIN to confirm.
  

If you've forgotten your PIN and can't access restricted console features, follow these steps:

• When you're prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.
  
• Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.
  
• Select Make a new PIN.
  
• Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.

Please try to enter a wrong PIN 3 times and check if that will let you reset the PIN.

If that still doesn't work, press the Home Button and then move to the right and select Sign In

Check how many Profiles you can see there.

You may need to ask the parent account if you can see one.

Please can you press and hold the power button on your console until the console shuts off. This will clear the cache on the console. Once the console has shut off, please turn the console back on and try signing into your account.

When it asks for a pin, please enter the pin incorrectly three times. Once you have entered the pin incorrectly three times, it should prompt you to enter your Microsoft account password.

Once you have entered your Microsoft account password, you should see an option to make a new pin. Once you have made a new pin, you can remove the pin by going to Profile & System > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN

You should see an option to delete your pin.

Thanks for the update, may I know if you tried putting that PIN wrong three times (or more)?

Sometimes when you put the PIN wrongly, a "can't remember PIN" appears and you should be able to sign in with your password
