    Wrong MyVIP deposited?


    I just got my November deposit for 800 credits for the month of November, but the amount seems low.

    I bought Virginia at 5.99$, Inside at 13.39$, and Recore at 49.99$. For reference I'm currently rank 2.

    Is the a glitch? Or is Recore not counting due to the "Robot Special", despite the fact that I didn't hit the prerequisite amount for that special?

    Can someone explain what's wrong? And if anything can be done it'd be appreciated.

    I made purchases in august and I have gotten money back yet from August

    I'm wondering if something is wrong? Because I'm still waiting for my monthly rebate from MyVIP.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members where new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on

    Wrong MyVIP deposited?

    Any content that counts towards another offer on the site will not count towards your VIP rebate, whether you complete the offer or not. So Recore would not have been included in your rebate.

    Hi Charlong. Smwutches is correct. Since your purchase went towards the RoboRewards offer, it did not qualify for MyVIP payback. To have earned Credits on it, you needed to complete the offer.

    MyVip is deposited only once. April MyVip was supposed to be deposited between the 12th-15th, however there is a bug which has caused a delay. The staff is unsure on when the deposit will take place but we all will receive our deposit when it's ready.

    If you bought qualifying MyVip content in March then they should be deposited in the next couple of days. MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the 15th of the following month.

    MyVip for april has not yet been deposited and the staff said there may be a slight delay in processing. MyVip is typically deposited around the 15th of the following month every month.
