    Hello,

    Im using my old account, because I put my ps4 away and bought a Xbox.

    Now I have problems with my acoount.

    Yes I have ultimate & ea access with my cc and I'm living in Holland (Europe ), but now I see that my account is fixed in the USA.

    Is there any way to chance that, because I bought also gift card and they are just gone(euro,not dollars) ?

    It's not possible to Change it on the old 360 (I tryed)

    And I cannot find the solution on the new Xbox.

    Game pass and ea works fine., the problem seems to be in buying online games.

    And dissappearing gift cards.

    Can you help me?

    Thanks Smwutches that did it! I didnt even know I could create a new account. i thought it was locked to the first.

    I dont know why any of the 3 suppoer people I have talked to mentioned this.

    I suppose there is no way to get the 1200 points transfered to my new account?

    Hello I had Xbox live gold for year, then I canceled it, nonetheless bills continue to come, and today it took money for xbox live gold but it didnt activate for some reason maybe because i changed region. How can I return my money ASAP, since my account
    keep telling me that I didnt paid for Gold.

    You would have to create a new account with the correct information. Changing the ID won't change the account's region.

    For some reason is my account now fixed in the USA.

    And you are right, I could transfer it.

    For now I made a second Europe account, so I can buy the games in the store.
