Wrong language in Marketplace Add On; can't read it

multiple language support is rare and cant be expected as content laws differs as per region

content is only garenteed in the nationally supportted offical languages

now if you are talking about xbox.com you are probably reading the wrong description and probably reading the us marketplace description

if it is supported it will be in the ingame menu but I rarely seen that

for that kinda stuff you need to talk to the publisher supportin this case EA Games since it is an ingame issue

to 2nd question generally a game will say De or En etc for the specific language it supports

I can't find any language packs on the marketplace so unless there's an option in game to change the language then i'm afraid there's nothing you can do to change the language.

FIFA games in the past have always given you the option of what language you want to play in. The best bet before you redeem the code would be to read the description of it in the marketplace. If it states that english is one of the languages, then you
should be able to play in that language.

I just want to make contact with microsoft to get that game in French or get a refund 'cause I'll never play that game in german, I don't understand a sh..., so please, help me do so if you know how?! Because that will be my only purchase on the xbox store

And just to say, although the language is displayed, it is not very visible! As I said, I had to scroll to see it (and I did this while trying to understand why the F... the game was in german). This is a bad way to sell stuff to a customer ! I feel abused
because the game description and everything else was in French, there was not other choice and the "german" wasn't visible at first glance! That led me to the mistake and I feel my money was stolen from me!

I only care about the fact that I bought a game 90$ which I can't play!!!!! The game has already been removed from my xbox!!!!

So please help me if you can, get in contact with the billing services!

I did what vibroplex said, so far i expect an answer of them within 2-4workdays to gimme back my €.
