wrong information in UPS warrntly service

hello

i bought xbox one x in 2 march 2018 and its was my first xbox console

but sadly the controller is not working perfectly .. and i contact xbox support and they asked me to ship it by UPS

and i did

but the problem is that they did not complete my address for the return!

only my first name without even my phone number!

service request number is 1418960766

UPS just delivered, off to trade up BF4. Is it wrong that I told the UPS guy that I love him?

WIll the package from Microsoft require a signature?

There is a service called myups. You can register on UPS website and than give orders to UPS to release shipment without signature.

I know bur my console is american console but ı live in turkey turkish xbox said; your console warranty not turkey ? So you dont use warrntly bur my friend say ıf you buy usa, germany console have you have 1 year warrantlt ?

You should never post your order number on the forums as it's private info & against forum rules.

In my experience the service page doesn't always update so it probably is on it's way back to you.

Just keep checking the tracking number on the UPS site,that'll probably give you more accurate info on where your controller is.
