Wrong Gamerpic

When I load solitare, I get right gamerpic and can play the game. When I launch jigsaw, it opens the right name but has a different gamerpic and the game shows its downloading but never stops downloading nor can I play the game. I can't open it with right
gamerpic so am unable to play it at all. Have uninstalled, have closed my MS account and reopened it but can't shake the wrong gamerpic. Any ideas?

Let's see if this helps

Settings, disc & blu-ray, persistent storage, clear, back to settings, network, advanced settings, alternative MAC address, clear, restart, once it reboots hold your finger on the power button for 15 seconds then unplug the power supply for 90 seconds, reboot
and sign it, if it doesn't recognise you then manually sign into your account and see if your still having issues if so remove both accounts and redownload them back onto the console, you will lose nothing as it's also saved into the cloud and it will automatically
re-sync the data to the console.

try signing into your daughters profile, and then back into yours. if the issue still isn't resolved reboot the system. If the issue persists then change your gamerpic manually.
