wrong full ban / suspension on a Xbox account that you where not on when it happened ?

Nothing is showing up on the enforcement page in my end. How long do I have to wait to see a update? Ban happened on the 27th and still showing good reputation and no bans… but account still saying suspended but still took the pre order of dying light…

That crazy I tried to call a number that was the help for enforcement team and it was their security. I really hope these ban are lifted because People can’t even bounty prep for witch queen

So seems like what you reported that someone said or did. Seems to reverse it registering it as you as the sender instead of the receiver?🤔🤔

Very true man very true they have no back bone to actually support it because they have no evidence on my end and if there is evidence then clearly my account was hacked because I was at work for a 12 hour work shift there’s no way in hell I could possibly get online while on a factory assembly line with no Internet and no phone access because my phone was in my car out in the parking lot and contacting them at the phone number for the X back enforcement agency does nothing because they refused answer their phones refused to answer their emails just like the same for the director Larry he refuses to answer any emails because they know they wrongfully billion us gamers and they have no explanation and then they punish us for it so at the rate that I’m going I’m thinking about making it a legal matter and suing about its cause they have no right or proof so and I’m giving it till Monday if they ain’t got no proof then I will be having a lawyer get in contact with them because they are going to pay me back all the money that I’ve wasted including all the money that I spent this month on an Xbox gaming station for live in video games that I have bought that I’m not getting to play because they wanted to communication band my system but I’m banned off of everything but yet it says right on the suspension papers and they emailed a communication not a full profile band so clearly they lie so I am thinking about just going to PlayStation because it plays PlayStation you call the support team you actually get a real human and actually do something because I have not had an issue with my PlayStation for ever since I went out and bought the other day after this BS had an issue with not reading correctly called their support team and they got it running within the hour That’s what you actually call a support team they actually help get stuff done they don’t just sit there with their thumbs in places not knowing what to do When they clearly know how to push that little red band button but they don’t know how to actually fix a wrongful band that’s kind of pathetic

Utter joke. So quick to ban people for the most ridiculous things but no explanation and not even a message of if the review has worked or not. Just horrendous service from a department with no backbone and not humility when they mess up
