    I recently bought the xbox series x but i put the wrong email adress associated with the purchase.... i keep callint customer support but after the first person i talk to i stay on hold forever

    I'm not 100% sure this is what you're looking for but to change the email address associated with your Xbox account follow the steps

    here    .

    If you made a purchase on the Microsoft store site and the email went to and address you don't have access to you will need to contact their Store support.

    You would have to try contacting support to see if they can cancel the subscription and give you a token for the remaining time. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Just and FYI, you should not be using anyone else's account. Lending, sharing, etc. of accounts is a violation of the code of conduct so you are putting that account at risk of being banned.
