Wrong Customer Assistance Email - I received the wrong email about an item I've sent to repair

Back in 12/12/2020 I sent my Xbox Series S to repair following the suggestion of an Xbox Ambassador who said that my problems - mainly a burning smell and a loud rattling noise from my Xbox Series S - were not normal and I needed to send
it to assistance. I did that, Microsoft Frankfrut received my product in 17/12/2020. Today I received an email saying that
Nothing has been done to my product, but here's the catch: the email they sent me was about
a Microsoft Surface Tablet. I don't own and I never owned a Microsoft Surface tablet. Never ever. They said that they did all the testing and they freshly installed Windows on it, but again: I don't care. Where's my Xbox Series S?

What do I have to do? I'll try to call them tomorrow, but in the meantime I'd like to know from an Ambassador what can I do to receive better assistance concerning my Xbox which was definitely not ok. That goddamn rattling noise was noisy as hell and the burnt
smell was evident, one colleague of yours suggested me to sent it back and I did. Now this.

You'll have to work with support on that. Hopefully it was just a typo.

I have sent an email to xboxsupport1 @microsoftsupport.com over 72 hours ago, and haven't received a reply, is it the wrong email perhaps?

First, what was sent to the wrong email address? Second, what 4 digit code? Lastly, if you are having issues with your Unauthorized Access investigation, you will need to do this through phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us).
Please call them, explain the situation calmly, and reference your original SR#. Thanks!
