    Wrong currency affecting my points


    Hello,

    I live in Switzerland. The region is on "Switzerland" on both my computer and my xbox 360 console. The money for a code has worked for my computer and it shows 50 swiss francs. The problem is that it won't show on my console and I'm wondering if it's because
    my console says 0 Euros. How can I change the currency on my console so it sees Swiss Francs? Is it normal that the money hasn't synced directly from my computer to my console?

    Can't buy stuff from Marketplace (web)

    There is a problem buying from the xbox.com marketplace that is affecting some people since the points/currency conversion & a fix is being worked on.

    I redeemed a Xbox gift card for £15 from my microsoft points. I purchased some EA FC points but I accidentally chose the wrong version. Instead of EA FC 25 points, I chose EA FAC 24.

    Also, I haven't redeemed the in game currency. All I did was exchange my Microsoft points for a voucher then bought ea fc points but for the wrong version. It should have been ea fc 25 and I purchased ea fc 24 points.

    Xbox.com not recognising the credit I have in my account?

    I'm a bit confused, are you saying there is a distinction between me being able to have used points I had in credit compared to the now currency they use? In which case I guess it makes sense that I could use points credit in the past.

    I just assumed when they made the change over to local currency, that it wouldn't affect how your credit worked.
