Often times, gift cards or redemption cards will be locked with the specific region it was purchased in. In addition, they can redeem a Gift card from another country, this gift card would have to be from that specific country.

You will only be able to use gift cards from the region/country you are located in. So if you live in Saudi Arabia, you will need gift cards from your Country.
