Wrong copy of COD bought

Hi, my son had bought the wrong copy of COD for the Xbox series X and it constantly crashes. Is there any way we can just pay the difference and have the correct copy?

I bought this game and only flaws come with it I bought the COD edition digital copy first the frozing issue wichone still there and now this I hardly recommend that gave as a hard copy

Yes you can, I had bought COD on disk, Installed it...then gave my copy of disk to friend, then bought the digital copy. But since it was already installed from disk, no download is needed.

DICE is trying to get as many copies sold and hopefully build up the player base before the latest juggernaut COD hits in November. Nothing wrong with that.
