Wrong Code Sent. Got a tee instead of a game

I was sent my code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition after pre-ordering HW2 Ultimate Edition and your support line has informed me you sent the wrong code and gave me a beta tee for GOW... Not happy.

In the picture is the code I received, and have redeemed, and after communicating with your support line for the second time I learn it was the wrong key. How do you mess that up?

Facebook Mass Effect LE Console Comp: Chance to Win ME3 LE 360

What is the 2nd tee you get? I got a code pop up when I shared the app with friends but when i entered it on live it said I alreadydhave that content. Do you have to wait for the code for the 2nd tee? I have a grey ME3 tee with a shadow of sheppard on from
the front that I got from the other facebook app, I thought the 2nd tee would be the one with "Mass Effect" on the front like the picture shows

Halo wars 2 PC?

When I ordered Halo wars 2 I ordered the code for Xbox one and windows, when the game actually came I got the code for the season pass but instead of a code for the game got an Xbox one disk. Is there anyway to still play Halo wars 2 on PC without buying
another copy for windows 10? I tried asking to exchange the disk for a code at game since they sent me the wrong thing but they said they couldn't.

I'm wondering this myself, I assumed it would be the 'Mass Effect' tee which is pictured but I got a different one called 'Better with Kinect' apparently.
