    Im an idiot who redeemed a dlc code on a none Xbox live account that I have tied to a similar email. How do I get it switched to the correct account?

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    If you have put the wrong code in put the code in again but If you redeemed a code on the wrong account theres nothing that can be done, sorry hope you have a lovly night / day

    You would have to try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do. Otherwise, nothing can be transferred between accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
