    I Do Not Like Telling You The Bad News But When You Purchase Content With Microsoft Points The Transaction Is non-refundable. You Will Not Be Able To Reverse This And You Will Have To Just Learn From The Mistake.

    You Could Complain & Call Support About This Issue But In The End You Might Have No Luck! Here Is A Link If You Would Like To Phone Them Up And Explain The Issue Regarding This Matter.

    Were you charged today? And your subscription new billing date did not change?

    Please take a look at the steps here to know how to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft:

    If you really cannot find where this charge came from, I would suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge. Xbox billing support usually does not refund a charge that did not come from your account.

    Hey, that's really unfortunate, but I think you're going to have a hard time getting a refund as it would clearly state in the description purchasing there would incur another fee.

    When you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, can you please check and validate the order details under the transaction, Joshua?

    If you can send a screenshot that would be great as well, just make sure to hide any personal information that may be visible for your security and privacy.
