Wrong Billing Region

Hi I need help with my billing region.

I am trying to change my online gamertag, I have managed to find a name I wish to change to. However, when I go to claim the name and pay for it, it assumes my region is the United States. Due to this when I go to put my card details in, it asks for a state
and zip code. Which obviously I can not provide as I am not from the US but the UK.

Any help is much appreciated.

Hi there,

If you're trying to do it on the PC, go to the bottom of the browser page and check the location next to the globe. If it says United States, click it and select the correct region.

See if that fixes it, and report back.

Region of your console doesn't make your account German

It is the region if your account

ok, since nobody seems to care and MS offers no other support for me other than this forum, I tried at least to cancel the automatic renewal of my Gold. Only that doesnt work too. I´m offered a continue button and nothing happens. In "my account" the renewal
is still there.

So do I have to completely cancel my membership and buy a sony or can someone tell me what to do or whom to ask?
