wrong amount for year subscription promotion

i bought a year subscription when there was a promotion to receive 15$ gift card but today i only received a 5$ gift card in a message.

Given the wrong amount for the $5/$10/$15 Promotional Gift Card

I bought the year-long subscription for Xbox Live Gold about three weeks ago during the featured promotion to receive a $5, $10, or $15 gift card. The year-long subscription was clearly paired to the $15 card, but I was given a code for only $5.

Is this an error or where the gift card amounts actually random?

Bought Xbox live through promotion, received no credit.

I really need my Xbox live for the first time in a year or so, there was a promotion on the dashboard about buying XBL subscription and get a different amount of credits depending on the length of the subscription. I bought the month. That was offering 5
dollars in credit. I've never received the credit. Date was June 27th

Fyi your code for rhe bonus giftcard arrives in 4 weeks from when yoi bought it not a couple days later

its not renewal points because the promotion was for a gift card with a key and i received a message for a gift card for 5$ and not 15$ like the promotion promised.
