    Hello,

    I reinstalled Sea of thieves today and logged in but got connected with the wrong account. My normal Name is which wasnt available to choose and now I had to pick a new name and start the Sea of thieves from the beginning again. I logged in via the same email adress.

    Can someone please help me.

    I'm getting error code 8015D003

    hello im having the same problem kind of... so i went to sign in to xbox live. and it said login with your email adress and password so we can update your account security so i sign in with my email and it comes up wrong so i got oin xbox.com and sign in
    with that same email adress and it works. then its telling me my credit card has expired (it hasnt) and i brought a full 1 year live in april... so i click fix this now.. so it sends me instructions to another email adress i have but when i try sign into that
    it comes up soneone has entered the wrong password too many times... so on xbox i try entering the 2nd email adress and it says. sorry somthings wrong with your microsoft account code 8015d003

    I'm not 100% sure this is what you're looking for but to change the email address associated with your Xbox account follow the steps

    If you made a purchase on the Microsoft store site and the email went to and address you don't have access to you will need to contact their Store support.

    the email adress was wrong so if it was sent, it was lost to a email adress that dosn't exist

    What is up with their forum, sign in and you cant acces, log out and you can

    try emailing them at *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    I had the same problem and there was something wrong with my account settings. Took them a while to sort it though

    When I go on icloud and sign in with his password, it works. But when I go on the xbox and enter the same password for the same email adress, the xbox tells me Wrong password.
